本剧讲述拟人化飞机乐迪前往北京、广州、上海、汕头、云南、嘉兴，给当地小朋友们递送他们所需要的包裹，跟小朋友们一起体验不同的地方文化。 在每一集中，主角乐迪都会为有需要的小朋友递送包裹，而观众们将跟随乐迪来到各个城市，通过片中呈现的当地文化特色，如特色美食，有趣的风俗习惯等学习到各种各样的传统文化。
